Mitchell Ball: I am an Idaho native, born and raised on the farm. I know how to work hard and have been taught early on the value of taking pride in my work. I strive to share that quality with our customers. I am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in software engineering at BYU-Idaho. Some may ask what a software guy is doing in the portable sanitation industry. Business is a passion of mine. I have worked as a portable toilet service tech in the past and saw room for improvement in the area. My goal is to provide customers with the best possible satisfaction in the industry.

Matthew Smith: I was born in Utah and raised in upstate New York, but ever since I came here for school, I’ve fallen in love with the land and the culture of Idaho and have all but changed my birth certificate to call this place home. My passion has always been agriculture, even the messy, more difficult parts of the job, and that has led me to pursue a degree in agronomy at BYU-Idaho. While planning this business, Mitchell and I realized that we could successfully serve the needs and interests of businesses and individuals in our area and started working on what is now Cowboy Comforts. I love this business, especially where I can connect with people and work with them to find better ways to solve some of their business and personal challenges.
